The carrier register
Six formats are in the register: reed diffuser, wax tablet, scent plaque, sachet, porous ceramic stone and textile mist. Each is described by the way it holds a scent and the way it lets go of it — the same base liquid reads completely differently depending on which of the six it sits in, and the difference is measurable in days rather than adjectives.
