Why this carrier here

At 21.5 m2 with a 2.72 m ceiling the living room holds roughly 58 m3 of air. A single carrier placed on a sideboard will fill the zone around it and nothing else; the far corner sofa will read as unscented. This is a coverage problem, not a strength problem, and the fix is distribution rather than more oil.

One window opened once or twice a day resets the room about every twelve hours. Carriers that release steadily across a full day handle that reset better than carriers that dump their load in the first six hours.

Where a cat shares the room, height matters more than format. Anything within 40 cm of the floor or of a seating surface collects fur and gets investigated; anything above 1.2 m is left alone.
